By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to my terms of service.
‣ Payment: Paypal invoice or Ko-Fi. Full payment will be expected upfront.
‣ An additional character will cost 2x the base price
‣ Minions, mounts, and weapons, detailed outfits and armor will have an additional charge depending on complexity.Refund policy:
‣ 100% refund if I have NOT started.
‣ 50% refund if I have started the sketch.
‣ 0% refund after I have started cleaning the sketch/adding colors.
Process:
‣ You reach out to me on twitter or discord to discuss commission details. I will accept or decline it.
‣ I will notify you that I have reached your spot on my queue. Payment will be expected before I begin sketching your commission.
‣ I will send you a sketch. Edits to the pose, expression, etc. can be made during this step.
‣ I will process the edits and proceed to the next steps of lining, coloring, and rendering.
‣ I will send you another WIP to check the colors and details.
‣ Commissioners will be allowed 2-3 free edits during the process. Additional charges will be applied after that. Large changes will not be allowed to prevent the commissioner from receiving two unique pieces.
‣ If I missed a detail that was presented in the written or visual/image references, that is my mistake and will not count to your edits counter.‣ Pieces will be finished within a 2 months time frame. The 2 month time frame begins when I notify you that I am starting your commission. I work 12 hr shifts, please be patient with me!
Posting My Artwork:
‣ You may freely post it on your social media, in your discord servers, share with your friends- I just ask that you at least credit me (twitter@scennia) if you post it on social media.
‣ You are free to use your commissioned piece as a profile picture, banner, page doll, poster, etc. for yourself. However, clients are not allowed to make any monetary gain from the finished commission piece.
‣ If you would like to use your commission piece commercially, then notify me BEFORE you commission me. There will be an additional fee.
‣ I have the rights to upload your commission on my own social media sites, on commission pages, and in any future portfolio or promotion. If you would like me to NOT post your commission online, let me know prior to starting your piece. There will be an additional fee.
Additional Rules:
‣ You may NOT edit my work in the following ways, including but not limited to: drawing or painting over it, shifting the colors, transforming my sketch into linework for you to color, etc.
‣ If you are unhappy about your completed piece, there is no refund, but you may ask for edits. There will be additional fees.
‣ Please do NOT run my art through an AI generator or use it in any NFTs.
